The starting point for this lamp was a Coronet Twelve -20 Camera. These were made in England in the early 1950's. It has a fantastic vintage look about it and the camera itself before the conversion was in excellent condition. 

For the the conversion we created a custom mount and bulb holder for the camera. The base is made from antique english oak that we reclaimed from a 1910 oak kitchen table.
 
Whats really nice with this light is that if the viewfinder is opened a nice warm glow can be seen through the top lens.

This lamp has been freshly wired period correct black braided cable. The lamp has a generous 1.5 mtr power cable and an inline switch. All of our lamps are professionally wired, fully earthed and PAT tested.

The light comes with a large 95mm 40w Edison globe bulb. This gives a beautiful soft white light from the front . When lit the light looks stunning, the photos really don't do it any justice at all.

This is not just beautiful light but a great piece of mid century art that is guaranteed to be a conversation piece for years to come !
