The starting point for this lamp was a Coronet Twelve-20 which was a pseudo-TLR camera made by Coronet in Birmingham in 1950

It has a fantastic vintage look about it and the camera itself before the conversion was in great condition for a 75 year old camera !

For the the conversion we created a custom mount and bulb holder for the camera. Both of which have been clear coated to protect the finish. The base is made from antique english oak that we reclaimed from a 1910 oak kitchen table.

This lamp has been freshly wired period correct red braided cable. The lamp has a generous 1.5 mtr power cable and an inline switch. All of our lamps are professionally wired, fully earthed and PAT tested.

The light comes with a large 95mm 40w Edison globe bulb. This gives a beautiful soft white light from the front . When lit the light looks stunning, the photos really don't do it any justice at all.

This is not just beautiful light but a great piece of mid century art that is guaranteed to be a conversation piece for years to come !

This lamp has the following approximate dimensions:

Height 34cm
Depth 10cm
Width 10cm

We make products that are as unique as you, so if you don't see a light that you like then let us make something just for you. We are happy to work on commissions both large and small.
