Fantastic Early 1900's Antique French L'Hirondelle Lamp Electric Conversion
 
The lamp was in good general condition when we acquired it so we so we gave it a light clean and gentle polish. We then clear coated it so it maintains its finish. We manufactured a brass insert so we could mount an antique brass style bulb holder.

The light was then professionally rewired with period correct braided cable and fitted with an inline switch. The lamp has a generous 1.2mtr power cable and an inline switch. The lamp is earthed and it has been PAT tested.

The light comes with a fantastic Vintage Edison incandescent mushroom cloud filament bulb.

When lit the light looks stunning as it casts the most amazing shadows. The photos really don't do it any justice at all.

This is not just beautiful light but a great piece of early 20th century art that is guaranteed to be a conversation piece for years to come!

Please be advised this is an antique item it's over 100 years old so it bears a number of bumps and marks that it has gained over the last 100+ years. There is also a small hole in the top of the tank. Have a good look at the pictures as these really show the condition.
