Check out this Stunning fully restored 1960's Space Age , Desmo Greenhouse Heater. This was made by the Joseph Billingham Company who were also nail and chain manufacturer in Cradley Heath, Birmingham.
 
It was very rusty and unattractive when it found, it wouldn't clean up well so we elected for a full restoration. This involved sand blasting all parts of the heater down to bare metal. It was then deep cleaned and prepped for powder coating. We powder coated it in the original colours of Gold and Red. We then made a replica sticker to finish it off.
 
The electrification was done using a vintage style bakelite bulb holder and vintage braided wire. It has an inline on and off switch and comes with a vintage style edision globe bulb.
